Cyber Forge is a small, family-run 3D-printing shop. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the details you give us. We keep it simple: we only use your details to make and post your order and to talk to you about it.
Cyber Forge, run by a young maker with a parent who looks after the grown-up side. You can contact us about anything on this page at lawriechandler123@gmail.com.
We never see or store your card details — card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and Revolut payments by Revolut.
We use it because you've asked us to sell you something (to carry out our agreement with you), and to keep the shop safe from spam (our legitimate interest). We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
A few trusted services help run the shop, and only get what they need to do their job:
The shop remembers your basket, your unpaid orders and your review on your own phone or computer (using your browser's storage), so they're still there if you close the page. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear this any time by emptying your basket or clearing your browser data.
We keep order details for as long as we need them for the order, any returns or questions, and our records — then we delete them. Reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them (or we take one down).
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email us at the address above. If you're unhappy with how we've used your details, please talk to us first; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
